此曲美The Cars的主唱兼旋律吉他手Ric Ocasek所，收在1978同名的首中，作第2首曲行，成不差，在告示牌排行榜到第35名，另在英曲榜第2名，算是The Cars打名的歌曲之一。
歌的Ocasek後告知，作此曲未受到任何人事件的，歌中所的情，也未生在他人身上，只是得女友被「偷」了，可能是多人都遭遇的事。看歌名，很容易想到是喜上了自己好友的女朋友，不，作者性的加了一句：She used to be mine！看是位自己曾的女友移情了。
音家普遍首歌予好，〈告示牌〉首歌描述「旋律美的青年，使用朗朗上口的掌，造出1960年代早期歌曲的感」。〈〉「吉他作品是衍生的，但情令人耳目一新」。〈All Music〉是The Cars歌曲目中的典之一。
