美流行及村人Bellamy Brothers，是由Howard及David兄弟於1968所成，之後赴Atlanta唱了一子，感什搞，就又回到了家佛里的San Antonio。
兄弟好的始，是因弟弟David和歌手朋友Jim Stafford合了一首《Spiders & Snakes》，此曲竟然於1974在告示牌榜得到了第3名，唱片的售也超了百。Stafford，然是名利收，而David也有版的，此兄弟有能力在Stafford的作人的邀建下，同赴洛杉展。
兄弟在1975了Crub唱片公司，而David得了出曲的 ( Howard任Stafford作秀的理 )，可惜首曲不成功。不，在歌曲，了音室的特手Dennis St. John，位John老兄是Neil Diamond的鼓手，某日至David住，推由Neil Diamond的工作人所的《Let Your Love Flow》，首歌合他唱。果然，《Let Your Love Flow》於1976上了排行榜的冠，也成曲，自此了Bellamy Brothers的歌唱事之路。
好事未必，自1976的《Let Your Love Flow》成功之後，似乎又沈寂了下。至1979，才又有首由David Bellamy所的《If I Said You Had a Beautiful Body Would You Hold It Against Me》，得村榜的冠。入80年代後，可是Bellamy Brothers最光的期，打村排行榜前10名的歌曲就有22首，其中9首冠曲。
2005，Bellamy Brothers和Dolly Parton又重了此首《If I Said You Had a Beautiful Body Would You Hold It Against Me》，然只得村榜第60名，是Bellamy Brothers的一振，因自1994年的一首《Not》之後，兄弟已有逾十年之久未再「入榜」的滋味了。
