天很,胃口得比不好,但是三餐是要吃,所以吃冬瓜是不的,感比消暑退火,熬煮冬瓜、蒜和肉的,滋味美又哦!


食材



  • 半, 1.1公斤重

  • 蒜一球, 12瓣

  • 冬瓜(去皮籽切小), 300g

  • 水, 1500C.C.

  • 枸杞, 1小把



料理步

步 1:肉先用水1~2分左右,去除和血水。

步 2:的肉移到,再放入冬瓜、蒜、枸杞,最後注入清水,然用接近中火的火候把水煮。

*冬瓜不去皮,清洗乾皮一起煮也可以。
