代人生活奏快,尤其外食族身族群,常因理、格偏高或得等因素,致水果取量不足。根《每日食指南》建,成年人每日取至少份水果,每份一拳大小,但最新民健康查告示,上近九成的成年人未。


民健康署建,民可透以下四方式足水果取量,一是水果作餐心,取代高量零食;二是外食主挑附有水果的餐;三是如水果杯、切水果盒等人份包,既方便又省;四是香蕉、橘子、果、奇果等易於理且保存性高的水果。提醒民,「季在地」的新水果,不值高,格也更惠。


健署也提到,不建以果汁或果乾替代新水果,即便是打加糖的果汁,仍控制用量,以免形中取多糖分。家也,持均衡食不是「吃水果」,更要依《每日食指南》全面取六大食物,才能持健康。
