1990，The Allman Brothers Band行了他第9的音室《Seven Turns》，是自他1982第二次解散後的首，受好，此首同名的曲在美主流 ( mainstream rock ) 排行榜拿下第12名。

The Allman Brothers Band於1969成立於佛里，一直被是「南方 ( Southern Rock )」的先之一，此音流派、村音和布斯 ( blues ) 音展而，主要重於吉它和人。不甚不以然，音受到了局限，吉他手Dickey Betts：我被是自南方的。

此首《Seven Turns》即吉他手Dickey Betts所作任主唱，影音中可身把吉他唱，有噱。「Seven Turns」是美西南部原住民族Navajo ( 瓦荷 ) 人的信仰，生命中有七次要自己的人生道路做定，走路倘不原路折返，下去就是之路。

始的6位中可是，先是Duane Allman於1971摩托意外身亡(24)，次年(1972)士手Berry Oaklie也是摩托出事身故(24)。2017，鼓手Butch Trucks自(69)。倒是手Gregg Allman福不，前後共7次婚，第3任老婆是鼎鼎大名的歌手/演Cher (1975-1978)，但仍逃病魔，也在2017死於肝癌症(69)。
