此首《Up Around The Bend》美Creedence Clearwater Revival ( 清水合唱，C.C.R. ) 的主唱兼吉他手John Fogerty所，收在1970的《Cosmo's Factory》中，另首《Run Through the Jungle》作A面的曲行，首歌曲均得告示牌100排行榜的第4名。

在英，某人「go around the bend」，意思是伙「」了，但Fogerty首歌完全不是此意，之後在英巡演，得不地向作解。Fogerty在後行的回中有提到，他是在摩托穿越加州的山丘，得到了首歌的感。很然地，只是一首「」的歌曲，但有多人硬要之想成是在影射「越」，CCR的多歌曲也同地被作此，或和烈的「反」社氛有。

多人喜此曲，是在始高亢的前奏 ( 含奏，也就是歌曲的riff。)，有提振心情之效。疾速的，向心中的目的地，其算是首「正面、取」的歌曲。英鼎鼎大名的歌手Elton John，在其事的早期曾翻唱此曲。其他在多部影片中亦有引用此曲，如2000丹佐盛主演的《Remember the Titans》( 台：陷 ) 及2006李察基主演的《The Hoax》( 台：局 ) 等等。
