此首歌Danny Dill及Marijhon Wilkin位所，1959由村歌手Lefty Frizzell首行，在告示牌村/西部排行榜得第6名的佳，也是位老兄近5年成最好的一首歌。

歌曲述的是，歌曲的男主角被指人犯，法官他有何不在明？他完全不替自己，因晚他正和最要好朋友的妻子睡在一起，了位妻子的名，他赴死秘密墓。也因而，有位著黑色面的女子，在夜晚悲的中，在他的前立良久。人未到或不明究理，他地下有知。

依歌者自爆，此歌的感源料有三。一是歌曲《God Walks These Hills With Me》；再是年的新：一位牧在夜晚靠近市政光 ( town hall light ) 的照射，及有近50位目者的情下遭到害，一直查不出人手到底何人。再，就是裔美籍演Rudolph Valentino，由於盲炎及十二指入院刀，引腹膜炎，再延肋膜炎而告不治，享年31。在他死後，有神秘的女子著面 ( 是Valentino的粉 )，定期造他的墓，且留下一枝色的玫瑰花。
