Susan Tedeschi出生於1971的裔美人，其曾祖父便利超商Tedeschi Food Shops的人 ( 2015有200家分店，後被7-11收。 )，家境不差。Susan Tedeschi在6就有首次上台表演的，青少女也常父收藏的黑唱片，18在高中就了自己的第一The Smokin' Section。後入音院，也始音。
1993，Susan Tedeschi另Susan Tedeschi Band，也始加巡的表演及任一些知名和歌手的暖。1999，在任The Allman Brothers Band的巡演暖，了的吉他手Derek Trucks，後人於2001理。2003，Susan Tedeschi的任The Rolling Stones在巨大演唱的暖，她得了在的曝光度，只是酬有限，Susan Tedeschi：若是收支能打平，就很幸了。

2010，Tedeschi和老公Trucks之前各自的班底合在一起，成立了Tedeschi Trucks Band。2000─2010，Susan Tedeschi共有5次被提名葛美，但不幸都。2012，於和一起得了一座最佳的葛美。
此首《It Hurt So Bad》是受邀演唱的歌曲，收在西雅的播台於1998所作的合《On the Mountain 4》中。
