The Partridge Family ( 家庭 ) 是美ABC於1970始播放每一集的音情境，台的台後也有播，但名「人」。故事始是自己的小孩，在家的了一首歌，後由一位理的助，首歌竟然入了排行榜前40名，然後就始了巡演唱，情也由此展。
在The Partridge Family中眼的是演角色的Shirley Jones和演大子的David Cassidy了，有趣的是，人在外真的是母子。Shirley Jones在David Cassidy六 ( 1956 ) 嫁了他的爸爸Jack Cassidy，而成了他的母。The Partridge Family在1974停播，前後四年共出了8，而最著名的歌曲是1970由David Cassidy主唱的《I Think I Love You》，得了排行榜的冠。此首《I'll Meet You Halfway》是在1971的100排行榜得第9名。
David Cassidy因在中的演出，成了家喻的青少年偶像。後仍事歌曲演唱，但除了1972的一首《Cherish》成佳外 ( # 9 )，未能替自己在歌唱事上再高峰。
