首《Groovin'》The Young Rascals的Felix Cavaliere及Eddie Brigati所作。由於他的工作程，只能在星期天的下午才有空女友一起渡，也因此激出他首歌的感。

但歌曲好後，Atlantic唱片公司的老Jerry Wexler得不符合The Young Rascals之前所呈的白人魂的曲，不想之行。而此曲、此曲相出色的台DJ---Murray the K知道此事後，跑去找Jerry Wexler他：『你了？是XX的第一名的歌曲呀！』位DJ有，此曲果然在1967登上了告示牌曲的冠座。

歌中有一句「Life would be ecstasy，You and me endlessly…」，有多人後句成是「You and me and Leslie」，而歌曲是在「三人行」。果若如此，那就真的是更Groovin' ( 美妙 ) 了。 ←哈哈，以上台人意，便，切莫真。

1968年，The Young Rascals在行了一曲《It's Wonderful》之後，是已成熟，而名字中的young去除，成了The Rascals。( 小流氓了正牌流氓？呵呵！^^)
