自炸客攻 伊朗革命27死13
伊朗媒，一名自炸客今天在南部希斯坦-俾路支省（Sistan-Baluchistan）攻。路透社伊朗革命（Revolutionary Guards）明指出，一名自炸客炸的子攻一送革命成的公，致27人死亡、13人受。
伊朗半官方的法斯通社（Fars news agency），伊斯教尼派正（Jaish al-Adl）宣犯案，是少民族俾路支人（Baluchis）求更多益及更好的生活件。

C肝控制良好罹癌 左肝切右肝恢正常生活
台中63先生罹患慢性C型肝炎，有定期追，但日前右肝有一2公分性瘤，由於患者肝功能太差，估手高，定用最新「阿庇式手（ALPPS）」，先改血液流向大左肝，直到足以荷後，再切除右肝，患者手後休1月，已可以恢正常生活及工作。

先生表示，５年前查自己C肝原者，些年透政府的助，成功治，定期追查，也估肝指及C肝控制良好，奈日前做肝超音波，竟右肝有一2公分的性瘤，他有如晴天霹！
洲大附院肝胃科主治江承源表示，床上似先生Ｃ肝治成功，可降低肝癌的生率，但是肝化後仍有生肝癌。因患者的瘤位置右上、右下肝，以及右肝三大血管，然不算大，但不利於射灼治，因此到一般外科治。
接手治的一般外科主治王表示，即便患者使用肝栓塞，日後若再，因瘤位置的，容易造成血管侵犯，故了此瘤根除，需行右肝全切除手。
正常人後的肝至少需重的1%，因先生型造的原因，致左肝剩400cc，代速度不足，如果直接行右肝全切除，病人後可能肝衰竭造成重症，因此最佳治方式行「ALPPS（阿庇式）手」，後患者也康出院。
王介，「ALPPS（阿庇式）手」源自德雷根斯堡大院Schnitzbauer教授，手需分段，首先右肝的，使流的全供到左肝，左右肝切割分，7至10日後，等待左肝成60%到100%，再切除右肝。
王，上根除肝癌的治方式肝全切除，但因患者保留的肝太小，因此使用「ALPPS（阿庇式）手」，因此手行上必保留切除的部份功能，包括道、肝和肝都必完整保留。
王充，上「ALPPS（阿庇式）手」的成效著，合保留肝不、法行直接切肝手的病患，而目前原性肝癌，或移性肝性瘤，大多使用根除手，而「ALPPS（阿庇式）手」提供患者另一。
