中秋假到,家家少不了烤肉聚餐,但烤肉生的身健康恐有不良影,多民也此感到好奇,究竟烤肉二手菸哪比重?董氏基金指出,者都有危害物,但「烤肉是偶聚的,二手菸是如影形」,提醒民子、加菸等新型菸品有臭味,但仍有二手及三手菸的危害,唯有求助完全戒除尼古丁才能免受威。

台大院家部郭斐然指出,子及加菸然有菸燃後的臭菸味,但仍然有害健康的二手菸及三手菸。美治大研究指出,二手子暴露者,尼古丁代物比完全不吸菸者提高13倍。郭斐然,日本研究已指出加菸造的二手菸,暴露者21%得喉痛、22%眼睛疼痛、25%得身不,而且子及加菸使用菸一都含有PM2.5,非「有二手菸害」。

台北家部志冠指出,吸食子易致新冠肺炎感染重症;口嚼菸不吸入肺部人以「安全」,但上周才表在「尼古丁菸草研究」期刊的最新研究,口嚼菸的有害物由口腔黏膜吸收,嚼用者的尼古丁、硝胺度,不但比未使用任何菸品者超出多,甚至比一般吸菸者高。

董氏基金提醒,戒菸求正管道,民可著健保卡至院所看「戒菸」,正使用戒菸物,也可善用戒菸四招抗菸,包括深呼吸15次,想吸菸,15次深深吸入再慢慢吐出;喝1杯冷水,可滋喉,又可有效抑制吸菸的望;用力伸腰,做胸、伸展四肢或原地跳15次,也可以透刷牙或洗,自已恢精神。
