料理海的佳技巧,自安菲的童年,父克偏。但她在菜色的上,偏重代人食追求的盈爽口,味做得更精。一道合菱、、昆布的「昆布奶油菱(Le Turbot cuit meunière à l'algue Kombu),三食材在味道、格理上相相成;再以略似檬雅酸味的木,磨碎的新胡椒,睛,更美美容

延法式烹的基,她奶油、胡椒、都是料理最重要的元素,而她生活境的天然香草更是不可或缺,然,汁是法式料理好吃的,能各食材相互,同足、味、嗅等多感官享受致肌
