I’m appreciating with you and your peoples’ contribution to our country in past time. Without this, it is impossible develops by Taiwan salve. I love you people just like love my family, this is a thanks giving from my heart for you.

      During the discussion in past 20 hours, I felt you are someone conscientious for your country. Please allow me point two things here. Again, I’m nothing person in my country, but just want two countries goes better in future.

      For long term, I hope your government or any political parties could make friendly hands with opposite governments in progressively. Make sure the rules how PCG allowed to treat the engagement on waters for alien fishing boats, response to their country by President Office on time if any tragedy happened (ie. fishing man on boat who killed by PCG). In my short opinion, this is most important things during contention events.

      For short term, I believe a joined-investigation will be started very soon in coming days, of course, with your lubrication, your government Philippines, and my country --- Taiwan could cooperate to each other, and find a proper way to check each evidences in detail, as quick as possible. Not only the facts that people show for the world, but also the truth what God happy with and bless for.

      The encounter that happened which resulted to the death of a Taiwanese fisherman is a very unfortunate incident. This has been relayed nonetheless by the Philippine President to the Taiwan President.

      I agree       with you, for long term, we need cooperation. Not only, on the investigation, but it is also important that all countries who have interest in our common seas, should soon come to an agreement or protocol, on how to patrol these areas.

      I understand your frustration on the "response time", but you should consider also the delicate issue of the one-china policy that the Philippines adhere to. Even though the Philippines is very willing to help or accommodate the requests from Taiwan, it has to do so without incurring the ire of China, who considers your country as her province.

      Anyway, I really wish you and Taiwan people the best. And I do wish someday you will get your independence, and be recognized, officially, as a country and not as a province of China.

      I wish the family left behind by the dead fisherman find peace and continue to live a meaningful life. That wish goes to you and to the rest of us. God bless...      查看翻

I've read that NBI from the PH already arrived to TW and will have a scheduled investigation on the fishing boat this wednesday, also PH already gave the video recording to TW investigators for review. Now that's what I call teamwork. I hope this will bring a closure to the incident. PH is now actually ready to pay the dead fisherman's kin.
