    Jill不回首答:我灸搭配高卵白食的肥法,因吃了太多肉、酸,那段很放屁,也很易被蚊子咬,後嗓子居然掉、失了;加上我本就很喜好吃蔬菜,每天只能吃肉感受在疾苦。我也求助重,吃了一大堆手按捺食及排水,皮的很乾燥。三餐只吃水果和青菜的日子我也,但差,四肢很容易冰,值得一提的是中冷的人可多喝菊花茶。另外,我也天天大量喝不加糖茶可以消耗80卡量。在狂肥的程中,我曾一口吻掉8公斤,目下今已起胖,不管是吃肥照喝肥茶,而言之都很易失。
