因为焦虑导致的失眠,常常是这样的:你一边告诉自己“今晚一定要早点睡,睡个好觉”,一边却越想睡越睡不着,结果反而更焦虑、更烦躁。

越在意睡眠,越容易睡不好。不要刻意关注自己睡得好不好,也不用特意为睡觉做准备。困了就睡,不困就干脆不睡。至于第二天会不会影响工作和生活?影响就影响吧,告诉自己:屁大点事,无所谓。

如果焦虑特别严重,实在睡不着,在崩溃的边缘了,也可以偶尔用一点安眠药来微调,帮助自己放松(听医生的!!!)。

运动,是缓解焦虑最有效、最简单的方式。
