我在 powertoys 里将 win+d 映射到了 win+shift+d ，但实际并未生效，win+d 仍然会对所有显示器生效。有谁知道是为什么吗？

还有个问题，什么情况下支持软解 4k 呢，我看 smarttube 官方页面，有提到这种情况，但我是连 4k 选项都没有。

@by 我本地找了个 vp9 的视频，的确播放不了。另外问下怎么知道电视是否支持某种编码呢？京东页面上都不会说明具体支持哪些编码。
