台中生局曾梓展:年存骨本、一生健康

【者世台中】10月20日世界生定的「世界骨疏日」,骨疏症基金呼全球民「骨健康不容忽」,提醒日常生活中防骨疏、守骨骼健康。台中市政府生局曾梓展也呼此理念,分享「骨本四妙招」,包括均衡食、度太、律成良好生活,鼓市民年始累骨本,持健行力。

曾局表示,骨疏是可防的慢性疾病,及早保、防於治。生局提供四大骨本守秘有四,可多取富含、生素D蛋白的食物,如乳品、豆品、黑芝麻及深色蔬菜,有助健骨骼,均衡食;每日可太10至15分,助身合成生素D,促吸收;行健走、慢跑、操等重,保持律,可增骨密度、化肌肉平衡感,降低跌倒骨折;避免吸菸、度酒及熬夜,持良好生活,能有效骨流失,延骨疏生。

生局指出,根民健康署2017至2020年「民健康查」果示,65以上民中,每7人就有1人得至少一骨疏(比率14.1%),且年增更高。骨疏早期常明症,可能出身高矮或背,一旦跌倒或微碰撞便可能造成骨折,引痛及行不便,重影生活品。

生局提醒,市民朋友成健康生活型律,善用政府提供的成人防保健服:(一)30至39者每5年1次、(二)40至64者每3年1次、(三)65以上者每年1次。
