麻疹感染再添3病例 1本土及2境外移入
疾病管制署今天公布新增3名麻疹定病例，包括北部20女性1月16日越南境外移入案接者；另2例北部30男性及7女童，近期分自越南海防市及菲律尼拉返。
生福利部疾病管制署今天布新稿表示，3人於1月27日到2月2日病，出疹日介於1月28日到2月4日。
疾管署，生位已掌握本土案接者共238人、越南及菲律境外移入案接者分有60及125人，案在可染期都曾搭大交通或出入公共所，民如果在同段也曾出入相所，自主健康管理18天；如果有、鼻炎、膜炎、咳嗽疹等麻疹前症，配戴口罩快就告知接史。
疾管署表示，今年累11例麻疹定病例，其中8例境外移入病例（感染家越南及菲律各4例）、3例感染。
疾管署，越南自去年12月疫情上升，去年累病例前年10倍以上，主要生在河、胡志明市等大城市及北部山省份；胡志明市今年第3已累2000例通，河市今年截至1月29日已累64例。
另外，菲律今年截至1月26日，全已通超1800例病例，26例死亡，病例去年同期增加7成，菲律已宣布首都、宋及斯（Eastern Visayas）生大模疫情。
疾管署，麻疹染力，民按幼接「麻疹腮腺炎德麻疹混合疫苗」（MMR），避免未一或未接疫苗的幼到越南、菲律等麻疹流行地；如果需6月以上、未一前往，可在出前幼自接一MMR疫苗，自麻疹流行地返後如果有疑似症，戴口罩快就及告知旅史。
麻疹染力很的病毒性疾病，可空、沫播或接病人鼻咽分泌物而感染，常症有、出疹、鼻炎、膜炎咳嗽，及3到4天後口腔出斑（柯式斑），重者中耳炎、肺炎或炎。
勤受惠伺服器市需求升 法人估今年每股益上看3.9元
伺服器勤 (8210-TW) 受惠伺服器市需求升，5 月以收均下位的年增率，但法人，勤收未反映端需求成，期今年每股益去年小幅成、 3.97 元，明年表仍得利改善度。
法人指出，由於目前勤仍得透下游商出，下游商拿到的比重，影其收表，因此勤收未反映端需求的成，例如上半年英特料中心部收成 25%，但勤成 13%。
各市收占比看，法人指出，勤近 3 年收成主要自中，由 2015 年的 33%，成至今年上半年51%，反北美地，呈下滑，由 41% 下降至 3 成，且中地同激烈，客多以格向，毛利率低於北美地，使其毛利率逐年下滑，利成幅度也跟不上收成。

展望明年，法人，勤收成仍自中，短期利可能以改善，未提升利在於加部精管理，化自化生省人力成本，以及增加能利用率，利改善度仍待察。
