◎桂蛋糕味道郁好香,不甜不吃!
材料:
全蛋4 糖150克 低筋粉150克 泡打粉1/2t 原味酪乳1/4杯 橄油1/4杯
桂肉100克 碎核桃量
作法:
1.蛋打倒入的糖打至性泡,加入酪乳拌後再入粉及泡打粉混合均,再倒入橄油拌。
2.把糊填入杯一半,放入桂,再填入糊八分,表面撒些碎核桃。
3.蛋糕送入好的烤箱,以175度烤30分。
PS:核桃不用先烤.食考食全食美
