"Baby-Hugg" seat optimiser literally embraces your baby and supplies him with a cosy recline position from the very first day on. The upper side wing is made of energy-absorbing materials and thus ensures maximum safety.
The Maxi-Cosi Pebble Plus can be installed in your car either by using the car's own seat belt or the Maxi-Cosi 2Way Fix (not included in delivery). If you use the infant car seat in combination with the 2Way Fix, its base is to be attached to the Isofix hooks in your vehicle - this way, a strong and solid connection with the car's body is ensured. With only one click you can then attach the Pebble Plus to the 2Way Fix. If the infant car seat is to be installed in your car by using the regular seat belt, special belt positioners reduce the risk of misuse.

晚期肝癌治新契 新型癌症免疫法

62林先生B肝原者，因一月急速暴瘦就，查赫然腹竟有近13cm的瘤，甲型胎蛋白指高1,170,000ng/ml，晚期肝癌。判定法行手切除，使用物治，患者又心化影生活品，治初期意接受栓塞治，不料生肺炎副作用，而改放射治，生了肺移，治陷入瓶。
估後，投以新型癌症免疫治物搭配放射治。迄今治近一年，肝肺部瘤完全消失，且治程中未出明副作用，目前甲型胎蛋白指下降至5 ng/ml，控制於正常值，利回正常生活。
北民院胃肝科主任怡翔表示，肝炎可是台的病，但多人忽不治，很容易生「肝炎→肝硬化→肝癌」的肝癌三步曲。而肝癌是常性瘤，死亡率高居十大癌症中的第2位，由於肝癌早期症不明，多患者就已中、晚期，失手治的。
往，晚期肝癌治有限，已超10年未有新世，目前有靶物可供，如蕾莎瓦（名sorafenib）。值得幸的是，新型免疫治物於今年通福部食品物管理署核准，可用於第一靶治的晚期肝癌患者，晚期肝癌病患提供命新契。
收治案的林口庚院瘤科助理教授主治侯明模表示，自2013年始，於新型癌症免疫物，有越越多突破性的重要研究果表；而第三期床，新型癌症免疫物於多癌症之期存活有提升之效。
侯明模指出，去使用靶物蕾莎瓦的患者，於物反率不到1成，平均存活期6至10月。但根刺胳(The Lancet)最新表，新型癌症免疫物第二期床果示，晚期肝癌患者新型免疫治物的物反率高近2成，且患者中位存活期可近16月，大幅延患者存活期，能改善治期的生活品，突破晚期肝癌治有限的困境，得美食品物管理局（FDA）核准肝癌的第二用。
侯明模一步明，床收治不同型的肝癌患者，包括B型肝炎、C型肝炎，及未曾感染肝炎的患者，果示，新型癌症免疫治物各型的肝癌患者均有治效果，不受肝癌成因影成效，其中更有部分患者的瘤完全消失。目前，新型免疫治物的第三期床正在行中，界非常期待新型免疫治物在未能展出更多可能性。
免疫法治最大的差，在於免疫法是透加T胞的免疫反，癌胞一一消，也可能因免疫反度活化，引多副作用的。常的副作用有心、疲倦、呼吸困、腹、皮搔、出疹子、咳嗽及肌肉、骨骼、疼痛等。
侯明模提醒，因法知使用免疫法的患者可能生哪情形，因此，保持「警」是少免疫副作用的，留意自身，及早副作用症；繁行常追，回告知主治；若使用固醇行控制，必要推或停免疫治物。
侯明模明，降低免疫法的副作用，照上，多科照的模式，中相人通考量所有治，共同定合病患的人化治方案，才能患者最大的利益。
怡翔表示，肝癌主要成因B型肝炎和C型肝炎有，不近年因非病毒性肝炎致肝癌的比例逐增加，包括糖尿病、脂肪肝三酸甘油酯高，打破只有病毒型肝炎及肝硬化造成肝癌的迷思，成新世代的肝癌危。
怡翔呼，有糖尿病脂肪肝或三酸甘油脂高的肝癌高危群，定期安排健康查，早期早期治，一旦肝癌，配合，定期回追。
此外，怡翔，今晚期肝癌治已取得足步，也有多免疫法合化、放射治的床研究正在行，相信未肝癌不再是解之症，因此，患者勇於面治，千放任何一生。
