王老上菜:大同也能做麻

材料:

A.糯米粉300g+水300cc+沙拉油2大匙

B.蛋白1+砂糖1大匙

C.花生粉+砂+少糖粉

 

做法:

1.材料A放入容器混合拌..即生糯米

2.上一薄油後放入生糯米

3.外加杯水和蒸架後..放入做法2.的..按下

4.等跳起即熟糯米..用~

5.材料B放入拌盆..用打蛋器打到式(提起打蛋器..蛋白自垂下但不掉落的程度)

6.取出熟糯米..趁做法5材料加入..用棍拌

7.再糯米放入抹油的塑袋..搓揉至表面光滑..即原味麻

8.切成一小後沾花生糖粉....完成 (也可沾黑芝麻糖粉或椰子糖粉.....)


加入打蛋白的疑:

蒸好的熟糯米感像碗稞一硬硬的,但趁加ㄌ打蛋白放入塑袋揉搓、神奇的事就生了,居然越揉越Q,我人得它是一介吧~
