中航空公司因空服工工，取消部分航班，行政院消者保今天(24日)下午表示，受影的客可依外旅定型化契本第28定解退；至於人自行出者，可要求航助其他航空公司，或可退票、改票，免收手。

消保，於旅客行程遭延，航空公司提供措施，例如航就於今天受影的旅客100美元抵用券，依延的短，提供25到100美元的折券餐券。
消保，已函光局及民航局分督促旅行社及航，落保障消者益，一出消，以有利於消者的方式，妥解。
