路跑》金拉松本周末登 出吉普添地情
受到多跑者的2019金拉松，於本周末(2/16、17)在立金大登，此次事共吸引18家的跑者共襄盛，一同金美光。事共分天，首先由健康休5公里於16日率先跑，大於上午7放布及限量念衫；全程、半程拉松11.2公里於17日跑。了跑者回，完手可於日布上的念券及中途章，即可得由金酒所提供的念酒品（未18提供其他念品）。
各好手聚一堂，包含去年以2小17分32秒造金新拿下第一名的肯手卡米提（Samuel Mungara Kamiti），今年再次挑冕。另外，自中的好手、鼎彬以及去年得金拉松女子第二名的，也全力。手世昌及何燕再次加全，好手秉今年也挑半二冠，冠留在。

淡江大金系教授建中受表示，照未一定挹注更多的金，但是收制的金源有限，且在只有80多的照基金，未恐以展照。他指出，若要期展照，必要有更完善的源，例如增列保制，高人士能做好政，以保作其未照的保障才是妥的作法。
政基金召集人朱受也指出，保制有基本保保障，源定；而收制容易受到景影。他建，政府考健保模式，施保率，由主、民、政府共同，以作挹注照定的源，才能落照未的展。
