友在爆料公社文，一名院工作人在吃尾牙抽到值12.5的大，一A4大小的上著：「恭喜！得乳房外科送免隆乳一次」，限制使用期限至107年12月31日，明是乳房外科主任自操刀，效果人意，提醒人「不要浪的益」。
