carrycot Oria included in the set or else with any

市晟(Corey Johnson)和市白思豪(Bill de Blasio)31日合宣布，在市程租管理委(New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission，TLC)下成立一新公室，解市程拒，保乘客得到有的服。
新公室名「包容公室」(Office of Inclusion)，此前由市李查(Donovan Richards)提立，致力程司提供反歧培保培成果，同公宣，鼓乘客遭遇拒向TLC投，TLC查投案，取措施。
白思豪：「拒普遍存在，是不可接受的，我正所有努力少拒。些新措施要助那些遭遇不公待遇的乘客知道，司的哪些行是，以及司付出的代。」
晟，「我在消拒的道路上，往前了重要一步，感李查，他的一重要想法成了。期待TLC包容公室合作，保市的拒象，取零容忍的度。」
李查也表示，司因乘客的色、性或目的地而拒的行是不可容忍的，象在市已持太久。
乘客的投，TLC全面查拒；如果司拒，而且是首犯，被款500元；如果24月第二次被投拒，司被款1000元，同可能被禁止30天。如果36月累拒三次，司被款1000元，行吊照的庭前。
