一喝著Aligoté,一待要喝的主,後定喝2000年的隆河,Cathy、d大大、碎大大大和我就分找酒,再加上先生提供的一支2001 CNDP,共五支。很有主吧?是隆河,而且有四支是CNDP,一支Hermitage,年份都是一之呢!我把其中三支同年份的CNDP包起,作blind tasting,在喝的候就有下,不於Cathy、碎大大大、d大大、先生,的blind tasting在很,而且他都猜了。他的法是酒格很明,所以是很容易猜到,我而言,,根本就是猜。五支隆河酒的如下:

酒液呈深石色,深,very young。有著大地、落、莓果、BBQ、烤味,果味沛、集中,略有一些香料、焦糖香,略感度,可能是一支的酒。入口感口感略甜,酒厚,以莓果的甜味主,充足且已出而感有度,有酸度,有些均衡感,不仍能感到的肌肉。尾甜美果味,度中。後有化出一些香水的香。

五支隆河都是很年的酒,在杯便都可以四小不死,一直到後束,五支隆河酒都有死掉,我也一直感到他富的化和越加雄的口感,真的是太美妙、太神奇了。突然想到,她是很喜喝隆河酒的,可能就是因甜美又厚的口感,有郁多化的香吧!
品酒成之一的子是一支Loire白酒,此始,後成大,哈~不大又有什呢?大家心最重要!才我已做了五支隆河酒的功\,再早之前有六支Chablis白酒的品酒,功\是做得多了,再用功\品酒,好好喝一喝吧!

酒液呈金色,色深,接近茶色。有著的烘焙茶、蜂蜜、草地香,不可能是太冰了,感香有些lack,略有一些白花香。入口感酒中,略有酸度,酒不甜口,不仍有不的香表,可感到酒很好。尾甘口,度略些。後回後,又有了香水、甘草、糖水果等香,是一支略感厚有化的酒。了,支正好是台出生年的酒,老的Loire白酒是第一次喝到呢!
再我了,日前就已好今天要一支香喝,好想用砍的,不我都有用那的海刀砍香呢!拿著Paul的刀,到外面砍一砍,果「」一,了,哇哈哈~切口漂亮的嘛,只是不知道瓶塞到那去了。喝的是Mot et Chandon Brut Champagne Impérial,喝次了,Mot就是Mot,就是不的香。是我的嘴被刁了?……回想到去年在涵碧的第三天,我叫了Room Service,第一次喝到Mot,配合著湖光山色,得Mot香真好喝……
喝香兼大啖,在很搭。大家仍然意未,提再白酒喝喝。我和Cathy各一支德白酒,都是2003 Kabinett,可以再做一次水平品了。有些酒友2003的德白酒根本有Kabinett,因Kabinett等的白酒都甜的,今天支就作是甜酒吧,作最後的束!大家都喝的很,能好好做下的人(就偶)在不……

的酒很多,後也接近尾了,我把自己的、喝完的隆河酒和德白酒回家,有Mot的空瓶回家做念(其是要拔酒下)。在後一始F君有了一支酒,不他喝完就先走了,有剩一,很好奇那次他的那一票酒的品(是到不行的中百下超市的出清),就看:

酒液呈深色,些色。有著落、菌菇、一些黑醋栗和黑莓果的香,略感度,不香似乎已不再化。入口口感很,有酸度,度明,酒厚,且肌肉充足,已放。尾度中,以大地系香主。落草和菌菇香太明了,莓果香出奇地弱,是地特色,是存境的呢?
碎大大大和Cathy後相去Tutto Bello吃松露薯,不我是回家了,回家前再一始倒的五支隆河酒,都死,仍然活力充沛,看小小的杯子是法完全展它富多的香和口感的啊!後是我大眼界,次,也不例外。

The 2000 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Reservee may be one of the few 2000s that is better than its 1998 counterpart.
