歌舞片《芝加哥》派火拚史《黑》分在英影院影金像入名中囊括十二提名，成本鼎立的影。追在後得十一提名的是英演「史提芬瑞」改自「可康」普利同名原著小的《刻刻》。《芝加哥》、《黑》、《刻刻》和得九提名的《魔戒二部曲：城奇》及得七提名的《The Pianist》共同角逐最佳影片大。五部入最佳影片的演也都利得最佳演提名。
本Orange英影院影金像（俗英影金像的英影院由行服公司Orange助）在敦二月二十三日行典，今年典好比斯卡金像典提早一月行，本斯卡入名於美西二月十一日於洛杉公。
另外，最佳男主角是由位英演「米高肯恩」及「丹尼戴路易斯」手抗「尼可拉斯吉、「艾崔恩布洛迪」及「克尼柯」。而「保曼」入最佳男配角，老益的他「克里斯柏」、「艾德哈里斯」、「艾佛瑞德莫里」以及「克里斯多福肯」共同角逐此一。去年以《抱天》登斯卡影后的「荷莉瑞」由於片去年才於英上映，因此入本最佳女主角，手包括「梅莉史翠普」、「妮可基」、「莎海耶克」以及「蕾妮薇格」。
想要取得英影院影金像名格的影片，只要以英影院投票者象之一的系列放映的影片都能取得名格。往年的英影院典都是等到斯卡金像典束後才正式登，去年他首度先在斯卡得主揭前行典，久以受到冷落的英影院影金像成多斯卡向球之一。
除此之外，鼓英地出品的影片，英影院特置年度最佳英影片（台影金中的年度最佳台影相同）的，今年的入影片包括《刻刻》、《我克》、《Dirty Pretty Things》、《The Magdalene Sisters》及相特由英本地出品但北印度音的《The Warrior》，本片亦入本的最佳外片，成英影院非常少的例子。最佳外片入影片包括有名斯卡外片的墨西哥影《你他的也是》西班牙影《悄悄告她》和巴西影片《法天》及印度歌舞片《Devdas》。
而金票最佳影片相同的Orange年度票影，有去年十部最座影片共同角逐由影迷票的。想要票的影迷可利用或是路把票投自己最喜的影，今年最後家在英金像典上揭。
