落酒行，政院昨通《道路交通管理例》修正草案，未立院三後，酒用由政府改酒者自；「重超速」定也由行超最高速60公里降40公里，者可6000元以上24000元以下，禁止，每年恐增6名危。
次修法另一重，是放古董上路，於多古董法通，民不替古董命，前修法可某程度消解族的力。未超35年，定具有典保存值的古董可申牌照定，但依指定路、在假日期行，不能上道。若有特殊需求，古董要跨市或在平日上路，向所在地理申，者900至1800元，牌照。
交通部路政司文瑞表示，去年酒多3千多元，酒者相安全行有所警惕，定道安由酒者出，研酒者要1800元、汽2500元。
另目前定超速60公里以上於重超速，文瑞，修法改超速40公里，就算是重超速的「危」。例如道路速限50公里，行到110公里以上，才重超速，未只要90公里就算重超速，6000千元以上、24000元以下，3。
根交通部近三年，超定速60公里以上案件，平均每年全近6千件；超40至60公里案件，平均每年全暴增至6件，也就是，新法修正後每年恐增加6名危。
次修法也取消去有小型以上照，得免型的定，未若未考而以小型照乘型照者可1800元到3600元；若尾、煞等光不予清或被其他物品遮蔽致影正常辨、喇叭音不符定等，汽物品若掉落，汽行一般道路，件不落，也以。
文瑞表示，草案送立法院，列先法案，目前要修子法，以明年底前上路目。
