何世昌指出,全台每年建商倒比率不到0.1%,比例低。不,只要遇上一次,恐怕生蓄都於一旦,故避在必行。
三招避
何世昌分享三大防踩雷撇步,一、「查司法」透司法院站查建商是否有司法或跳票;二、「工地度」定期巡工地察度是否常;三、「查核信」金是否入信,避免金被建商私用。
工程未就款最可怕
他也提到,建案「工程未就款」是大忌,民提高警。若建商出,承可合「建制」,要求行或建公司停款,少失。
建履保需查清
最後,何世昌特提醒,履保名看似安心,但容落否才是。何世昌指出,民查信行建公司往是否曾有履保,避免掉入「假保障真空」陷阱。
