I have raised 3 cats in Macao’s family, when I move to Hong Kong, gives up having pets. although the pet is cute and may affect people to be joyful, we must pay more mental efforts to care, no matter the time, the space, the love or the money.
Nowaday, 1 of 8 families raising pet In Hong Kong. Most of the popular pets are dogs, cats and turtles.
In 2008, the statistics show that the people of Hong Kong raise 525,000 pets, including nearly 200,000 dogs, increased by 50,000 of 1997.
The Hong Kong people are under pressure, they always unhappy and have more trouble in the life. In addition the social interpersonal relationship is weak, many people choose raising pet to relief pressure and make fun.
In fact, Some research confirmed that pets can help relax & to be a spitual reposing, particularly cat & dog, because they can easily to make the relationship with the human.
We must make sure the concept that raising pet is the promise of their life. you must promises that you can love it for hold life. If you don’t have enough place, time, money or love, you won’t consider raising pet. If you have pet already, never abandonment them.
