整碗被AI捧去 14基研究
【台醒者蔡岳宏台北】「扣除人事等後，剩下1元1根用抗都不起！」由於今年科技部大力推人工智慧，致基研究受，此，代表14的胞及分子生物理事施修明12日於「科技部厚AI，基科研」公提出，科技部解科研不足、勿用字模糊焦等4求。科技部次斌回，取基研究予以立匡列。

大砍的疑，科技部司哲提出部澄清，107和108年度的生科研都比去2年多出5元以上，107年核定件2,058件也往年，有大幅的。但他也坦承，去年因增加基科研的，先核定多度，今年算遭砍9.2%，只好先支用算足，他保，明年案平均至少持110元，否他引咎。
哲也向立委喊，期望基研究入公算，不意遭除。宜民，立法院查算以例，科技部分配，且一次性足，不要先挪用作例。
「部支持基研究不手，我看到是打基研究不手。」代表施修明指出，科技部生科司算105年106年都有增加，但107年少4.4元，反映分布不均的。他一步明，「以今年平均104元例，扣除助理研究生薪72、管理13、教授主持18，只剩下不到1元的耗材用什西都不起。」
明大生科院震，分享任科技部查委2年多的指出，科技部甫上任之，提出的多政策都跳票，有失信，再多的解都是枉然。明大以科技部站做出，今年包括台大、明、交大的基研究通查的比率都降低，科技部提出的兜不，他反「者要相信？」
施修明重申界的4求，包括除修的「延客座人才作要」，妥善照科研人才；正生域久不足的，提出一次性解方案；另外，依物指逐年升研究；最後，勿再用字模糊焦，重界感受。
