今天很多朋友起要如何防吸入多 pm2.5，人可以做到的如下：
(1)家有小朋友、老人、心血管疾病、喘的人，要少香、、二手菸
(2)最好戴口罩，可少1/3曝露。
(3)空染很重不要出，而且要窗，用空清化空
(4)煮菜最好避免炒，或者是要除油
(5)公用道等最好戴口罩
(6)看火最好不要在下
然PM2.5有一大部分自火力、石化、等。就要民督力量要求政府大力改善，保障人民健康了。
