(健康建)主教因肺腺癌世,有人空染是主教的致命,一都。因「浮微粒pm2.5」是引肺腺癌的主要空染物,也是目前全球最受注的。跟抽菸引起的上皮癌。台吸菸人口逐下降,肺腺癌生率逐年上升。
今天很多朋友起要如何防吸入多 pm2.5,人可以做到的如下:
(1)家有小朋友、老人、心血管疾病、喘的人,要少香、、二手菸
(2)最好戴口罩,可少1/3曝露。
(3)空染很重不要出,而且要窗,用空清化空
(4)煮菜最好避免炒,或者是要除油
(5)公用道等最好戴口罩
(6)看火最好不要在下
然PM2.5有一大部分自火力、石化、等。就要民督力量要求政府大力改善,保障人民健康了。
