A security deposit of MYR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Please note that guests must register all guests through a registration form upon check-in. The maximum number of guests allowed is 8.

Late check out is subject to a MYR 15 per hour surcharge (subject to availability). Requests must be made at least 2 days in advance.

For your safety, please ensure that all doors, windows and gates are locked when you leave, or are asleep.

The stove, and all electrical switches and appliances must be switched off when not in use.

Fire extinguishers and first aid box are available in the house.

For your comfort, rubbish must thrown into the bins provided.

A MYR 30 charge for cleaning will be imposed, if necessary.

Smoking is strictly not allowed indoors. Please use the ashtrays provided.

Pets are strictly not allowed.

Non-halal items containing alcohol, pork and lard are not permitted on the premises.

Parties or other events are not allowed at the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sutera Guest House in advance of your expected arrival time.
