- Javascript ，因为基础很重要
- react + node ，因为这是我们的技术栈
- 具备一定的后端+运维知识，因为做数据库的前端不仅仅是 UI
- 对 ux 有自己的理解，因为很重要
- 喜欢前端，有热情，爱折腾，因为没有热情，做不好事情
