求助， ffmpeg 符号文件报错

代码是使用 ffmpeg 捕获 10 秒 rtsp 流，平台是 windows ，IDE 使用 visual studio 。代码是让 chatgpt 写的 demo,执行到avcodec_receive_frame时，报错如下。
