Requirements:

Understanding of cloud native stacks (Kubernetes, Serverless, Containers)

了解云原生栈(Kubernetes, Serverless, Containers)

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field

本科学历，电气工程或相关专业

5+ years of experience in hardware design (microelectronics focus)

5 年以上硬件设计经验（微电子领域）

Proven success leading complex hardware projects

具备成功领导复杂硬件项目的经验

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

优秀的沟通能力、领导力以及解决问题的能力

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Passion for technology and continuous learning

Great verbal English which can be used as a working language

As a Hardware Lead, you will:
