不说白白花时间排错，连个该文档已过时的提示都没有，着实让人不适。

过了一下 20 种语言的文档，其他所有语言都是新的gpu:delegate，唯独简中文档是旧的gpu:gl_delegate。不清楚 TensorFlow 团队是不是会汉语的少，但是给个标识提示我文档是旧的应该不多吧。

这种都是社区维护，没人维护当然也没人知道过期了
