Your tasks:

Telephone customer service and order taking
Independent order and quotation preparation as well as price calculation
Order processing and price negotiations with suppliers and distributors
Administration of deliveries and monitoring of orders
Receipt of goods as well as posting in the ERP system
Function as interface between the sales department, the customers and the technical department

Your profile:

Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial or IT sector.
Ideally first work experience
Knowledge of servers, storage and virtualization as well as technical understanding of at least one of these products: Dell, NetApp, Fujitsu, Datacore, Citrix, VMware, Microsoft
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills

Your tasks:

Analysis and elimination of technical customer problems with regard to the software/hardware used, both via remote maintenance and in on-site service
IT-related consulting and support of customers in daily operations
Ensuring smooth IT operations including administration, configuration and maintenance of software and systems (Linux/Windows)
Responsibility for the network environment and the operation of virtualization solutions
Implementation of software and system upgrades
Creation of complete documentation of fault reports and customer inquiries

Your profile:

Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable completed training in the IT field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas
Experience with Linux and Microsoft servers as well as client operating systems is desirable
Knowledge of the network environment, including routing/switching and firewalls is advantageous
Good knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware and HyperV is an advantage
Class B driver's license
Strong service and customer-oriented communication skills
Independent and structured way of working
Team player mentality

Your tasks:

Administration and maintenance of the company-wide network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN, IPv4, IPv6)
Administration and ensuring the operation of firewall systems, DNS, load balancers and proxy servers
Creation and implementation of concepts in the network environment

Your profile:

Successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in (business) computer science
Alternatively, a completed apprenticeship in the field of IT and several years of relevant professional experience
Sound knowledge of firewalls, load balancers and network architectures
