工作职责:
1. 参与高并发的后台处理系统的需求整理和开发工作
2. 负责系统性能优化和改进
3. 运用在分布式系统，网络设计及大型存储系统的知识，构建能够满足商业需求的平台，系统及网络基础结构。
4. 编写，分析并优化新的算法或数据结构并证明比现有方案更优。
职位需求:
1. 计算机相关专业,大学本科及以上学历。
2. 有强烈地学习与沟通意愿，能够迅速地学习新知识。
3. 了解nginx, 必须了解Linux系统。
4. 了解基本的前端技术技能，如HTML/CSS/Javascript
5. 有扎实的编程功底，有两年以上的互联网产品开发经验
6. 至少两年以上Python开发经验，熟悉django者优先
7. 能够胜任开拓者的角色:,这意味着你必须担任很多角色,此外你需要贡献和不断自我学习。
8. 有互联网广告营销相关系统开发经验者优先。
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage the demands of the high concurrent backend process system.
2. Responsible for system performance optimization and improvement.
3. Build the platform, system and internet basic structure to meet business demands with the knowledge of distributed system, network design and large-scaled storage system.
4. Code, anylize and optimize new algorithm or data structure and prove them as the better.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree of above, major in Computer Science or other related.
2. Strongly willing to learn and communicate and fast learner.
3. Familiar with Linux system is a must.
4. Familiar with nginx and basic frontend technology including but not limited to HTML/CSS/Javascript.
5. Solid programming skills with more than 2 years internet product development experience.
6. At least 2 years Python development experience and familiar with django will be preferred.
7. Can work as a pinoor and experienced in internet advertising marketing system development will be preferred.
