The innovative eHealth applications are client, web-based or mobile. The ifap Service Institute for Doctors and Pharmacists, a company of CompuGroup Medical SE (TecDAX), is one of the leading providers of pharmaceuticals and therapy databases. The market for software-assisted drug therapy security offers enormous potential in the long term, not least in the context of digital prescriptions and e-patient files. Junior Scrum Master eHealth

The responsibilities and core tasks of this position:

• Preparation, moderation and follow-up of the agile meetings (review, planning, retrospective, refinement)
• Project management and coordination, cross-functional collaboration
• Design, further development and optimization of the agile software development process according to Scrum as well as the departmental and departmental processes
• Elimination of impediments in the development process, efficient achievement of the Spint goals
• Promotion of the agile mindset - individually, at team level and in the overall organization
• early detection and elimination of conflicts and risks
• Supporting the product owner in planning and prioritizing the backlog items The professional requirements profile:
• Studied industrial engineering, business administration or organizational psychology
• At least 2 years of experience in the software industry in the digital environment
• Experience in dealing with agile software development
• Scrum Master certification with the Scrum Alliance or scrum.org are an advantage
• German and good knowledge of English, MS Office
