Pyinstaller 安装报错，有大佬帮忙看看吗？

用的是 py2.7，pip 版本 19.2.3，使用命令
pip install pyinstaller
报错如下：

The NullHandler is only available on Python version 2.7+. You could create the NullHandler yourself on an ImportError:

import logging

from logging import NullHandler
except ImportError:
class NullHandler(logging.Handler):
def emit(self, record):
pass

logging.getLogger(__name__).addHandler(NullHandler())
