我们是一家网络订餐平台 外卖超人（http://deliveryherochina.com/ ），团队总部在德国，业务涉及全球十一个国家，现招聘一名精通python的全职技术。
我们是个非常年轻的团队，老板也是个米国80后男青年，中文很溜，so英文口语不好的童鞋也表担心，交流不是问题。平时上班不打卡，时间分配自由，每周五都有公司集体聚餐。老板、同事人都很nice，公司气氛很好。我们现在位于上海静安寺附近，靠近2、7号地铁静安寺站，交通方便。

A bit about us...
We are part of an international team spread over 11 countries worldwide, building a network of online food ordering platforms. We are a funded, indepdenant local startup which you'd probably love working at.
What we're looking for....
Young and passionate programmers and engineers who love solving problems, working in a fun and enthusiastic environment and excel at "getting things done". We put a strong emphasis on collaborating, moving fast and letting people influence the direction of our startup.
Your mission
Implement new features and muscle up our infrastructure to sustain our growth.
Lead our development cycles (scrum) along with our local team, with support from other teams.
Help us recruit and shape our technical team.
Your skills
Python (Django experience is a plus)
Solid knowledge of databases, scalability, search, GIS, AMPQ, security.
Big appetite for food delivery
And of course all of the classics:
Proactive problem solver.
Detail oriented.

The bottom line is that we're looking for like minded people to help us reach our goals: young, hungry professionals looking for an opportunity to have an important role in building a sustainable business.
