Responsibility
Participate the definition of the product roadmap and pipeline for our internal operation system Omni, which supports running day to day business.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensure meeting business impact and customer satisfaction goals.
Work with cross-functional teams of developers, supporters, and designers to build cutting-edge products.
Write requirement documents and specify detailing functional requirements for new features.
Create user stories and communicate with developers.
See projects from concept through design and ultimate release.
Conduct analysis to determine impact of newly released projects on the business.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirement
Bachelor ’ s degree in computer science or business.
At least 3 years of experience working in product management for a software company, either with web-based products, desktop applications, or mobile devices.
Fluency in English, both on speaking and writing.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for identifying business needs.
Out of the box thinker.
Aggressive, results-driven orientation.
Excellent communicator both oral and written.
Strong organizational skills.
Extremely detail oriented.
Team player who does whatever it takes to succeed and works well with other areas of the company.
Experience on salesforce implementation, administration or development is a big plus.
