We are looking for Technical Leads with various levels of experience to join Snap Inc!! Working closely with the Camera Team from our office in Shenzhen, China, you will help solve technical challenges, including architecting and deploying infrastructure to handle our scale, designing a slick and secure mobile client, and maintaining an application used by millions of Snapchatters every day.
What you'll do:
● Lead and evaluate the technical tradeoffs of every decision
● Scope projects that require multiple developer resources
● Own projects from conception to release
● Spend ~50% of your day coding, code reviews and design
● Deliver operational excellence by identifying, resolving, and fixing root issues
● Build robust, lasting, and scalable products
● Collaborate and work well with others
What we ’ re looking for:
● BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience
● Strong CS fundamentals and problem solving skills
● Experience in full cycle project development
● Experience with mobile apps and / or databases
● Technical leadership or management experiences
Preferred skills and qualifications:
● M.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
● 5+ years of industry software engineering experiences
● Mobile development expert
● Fluent in both written and spoken English
