最终同时给万网和 Name.com 发邮件让他们一起去找 VeriSign，于是终于解决了域名转移问题

我在 http://v2ex.appspot.com/t/3578 里已经详细阐述过我的 .name 域名转移时遇到的问题了：Transfer request was unsuccessful. Will keep trying. Registry info: 2303: Object does not exist

和注册商折腾得焦头烂额之后，我突然发现可以试试直接求助 .name 的 registry：VeriSign，于是……

error is related to registry, so after sending so many emails to you
two registrars separately, finally I tried to contact the registry of
".name", VeriSign. VeriSign told me that I should ask my registrars to
contact VeriSign directly.

Now I'm sending email to customer service teams of hichina.com (losing
registrar) and name.com (gaining registrar), at the same time. You can
know each other now, and help me to transfer my domain name, and if
necessary, contact VeriSign together.
