注册了个 aws ，账号地址和账单地址乱填了一个，信用卡也已经扣 1 美元了，结果收到邮件说地址有问题，让我 fax 个自己的账单过去验证一下账号。不知道该怎么办了，我去哪找纸质账单啊，电话、信用卡都是电子账单，再说假如有纸质账单，我发汉字的过去 aws 的人会中文吗
