1. We have a signature on file with Google.
2. Trademark: BING
3. Registrations:
BING is registered as a trademark in various countries. See attached list. In the United States, BING is a common law trademark and is also the subject of pending trademark applications including Serial No. 77/681,498 filed March 2, 2009. Microsoft also holds International Registration No.’s 996,797 and 996,700 for BING which were filed on March 2, 2009 and designate a variety of countries, including Australia, China, the European Community, Japan, Korea, Russia, Singapore and others.
4. Application: Bingshot (see attached screenshots)
5. Developer: Henry Huang
On behalf of Microsoft Corporation, we request removal of this application. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
