『北京』英语好的小伙伴看过来！外企招聘初级顾问 Junior Consultant ATCS

公司是跨国企业 在美国，德国，中国，印度都有分公司
目前在中国的项目正在稳步增长中～

您入职后的工作内容：
－当boss的副手，在boss于客户开会时，能及时将信息转达给双方
（因为您的boss是印度人，中文不行..)所以就是要做些笔记整理资料啥的咯
－整理分析一些基础的数据（当然coding的要求不是很高，核心的东西不必您来做^_^）
当boss不在大陆的时候需要将一些这边的信息/资料用英文email给他


所以需要您：
－中英双语自如（这个很重要）
－有工科背景，最好有您自己熟悉的语言（java,c,c++,php...）
（当然不需要您对这些语言研究有多深，但是起码需要您能在coding语境下，基础的分析与沟通没问题^_^）
－最后要沟通能力好（这个不难啦 lol）


待遇：

（薪资1w+, 不过具体薪资，根据能力而定哦｀

Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze the data and present analysis with inferences and justifications
Collection of data and reporting information from relevant business owners and other stakeholders
Preparation of management reports
Provide operational support to telematics principal consultants
Coordination with various teams for planning and accomplishing assigned tasks
Management and maintenance of knowledge and associated repositories
Interpret business needs and work with relevant teams to translate them into application and operational requirements
People Traits:
Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate effectively in English as well as Chinese (written and oral)
Presentable and Personable - good interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, technical resources and subject matter experts
Strong analytical skills - ability to detect data anomalies and data sufficiency
Ability to work in ambiguous environments
Highly motivated and driven individual with the ability to self-manage
Commercially aware and possess strong business acumen
Disciplined and systematic approach to work, with effective planning and organisation skills
Ability to work with matrix teams
Education / Experience:
4 years engineering degree preferred
