你好，我来自中国。今早起来，发现信用卡被扣了18.99美元。查证之下，发现是因为域名续费被扣掉了。事实上，我对此域名已经不想续费了，但是不知道为何你们还能扣掉我的钱。是不是当初我买域名时已经捆定了信用卡？如果是这样，那么能不能请你们帮忙把我的信用卡解除捆定。然后如果可能的话，我不想再续费了，扣掉的那18.99美元能不能退还给我。
